Ever wonder why sitting in an office chair all day is so exhausting?

The Answer Is As Simple As One Word: POSTURE!

Simple tips can help you avoid fatigue:

1) Take advantage of adjustable arm rests for support.

2) Keep the weight of your head directly above your neck.

3) Try to move your “Chair” and not your “Body” to avoid leaning and reaching.

4) Make sure your feet are supported properly by lowering the chair or using a proper footrest.
